My name is Alejandro, and just a year ago, I weighed over 200 pounds. The gym and proper nutrition didn’t just change my body—they saved my life. They completely transformed my mindset. But getting here wasn’t easy. Nutrition was always a struggle—meal prepping, counting macros, eating the same meals every day—it was overwhelming.
That’s why I started Fuel Fit Nutrition—a family-owned company built to simplify clean eating and help you reach your fitness goals without sacrificing taste or joy. We’ve teamed up with Yurany Romero, a holistic practitioner, and Adrian Sanchez, my trainer and a professional bodybuilder, to create food that works for your body and your lifestyle.
